“Rapture Ready” was a term used in the 70s and 80s in the Pentecostal Christian Community.”Rapture Ready” was understood to mean that when the Lord Jesus Christ returned to the earth, those who were living a holy, godly life would be raptured, or taken out of the world–A “disappearance” of the saints. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17)
We came into this year with high expectations of all the amazing things we knew was ours to claim. We came in with lots of talk of 20-20 vision for this year. We were not in a good 60 days before we became aware that something not so pleasant was happening in our world.
We are in such a unique time. We have not experienced anything quite like this. We are all being challenged, called, and commanded to shift, adapt, and come out of this better. I know that so many of you are being tested above measure. You are living with uncertainty and your financial well-being is being threatened.
There is no doubt; we are living in different times. With all the things that are going on it is so easy to allow fear to pump you with even more excuses as to why you can’t move forward. (Don’t go for it!)
