Today, I Have Power To Get Wealth!
When you think about wealth what comes to your mind? Do you immediately see images of riches, opulence, and abundance? Or do you instantly see a precious few who seem to have it all? What feelings or emotions come up for you when you think about wealth? Are you feeling joyous right now, or did a sudden feeling of depression grip you?
Random House dictionary defines wealth as: A great quantity or store of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches. What this particular entry does not define for us, is how to get wealth.
Although wealth is often described in tangible, physical terms, wealth is actually intangible and non-physical. Wealth is a spirit; it is a state of being. Because we are living in a physical dimension, we have learned to identify with all things physical, tangible, logical, etc. What we must remember is that we are spiritual beings experiencing a human/physical world.
For that reason, we have learned to live from the outside in, instead of the inside out. Meaning we will look outside ourselves for:
- Love
- Acceptance
- Success
- Happiness
- Wealth
- Riches, etc.
The truth of the matter is that the power to obtain all these things does not flow from the outside in, but rather from the inside out. You have often heard it said, “You reap what you sow.” If you want love, give love; if you want friends, you must be a friend. So it is with success, wealth, love, joy, happiness, etc. These all are inside jobs! In other words, to be wealthy I must first possess the nature and spirit of wealth within, before I can manifest it without.
Wealth is more than a mindset, it has to be a part of who you are in the most genuine way. Wealth is not about accumulating, but about giving, serving, and loving. The money, fame, and prestige that shows up on the outside is nothing more than an indication of the amount of people you are blessing or serving, with the best that you have to offer from within. Everyone has the power to be wealthy if you will be courageous enough to:
- Live from the inside out
- Allow your gifts talents and abilities to bless and serve the world
- Be a vehicle that can be used to Advance God’s Agenda in the earth
- Insist on living your intentions with integrity.
- Take authentic action
Remember, wealth is not about accumulating goods, but it is an indicator of how many people you are reaching and serving.
“But you shall (earnestly) remember the Lord Your God; for it is He who gives you power to get wealth… (Deuteronomy 8:18)
