Yes, you wrote the script, rehearsed it diligently, and your subconscious mind obeyed you and created a habit/pattern.

You’ve recognized that keeping your mind and nervous system well-managed is the key to your freedom and creativity.
The fear-mongers are working overtime this season to keep you distracted, disrupted, and doubtful. But
HONOR YOUR VALUE
Honoring your value is an essential aspect of self-care and self-love. It means recognizing your worth as an individual and not settling for less than you deserve in any aspect of your life. I know for many people that’s easier said than done!

We are approaching the fourth week in January. Statistics have shown that by the third week in January many people have already fallen into their old routine. It’s my prayer that’s not you, my friend and you are on a roll!
