Over the past two weeks, we were talking about giving yourself permission to write a new story.
What I want to discuss today is how to start setting the vision of the next version of you in motion and how to stay on track.
One thing I hear over and over from my clients and students is that they don’t seem to stay focused for long. My intention is not to cover the underlying reasons for the distraction but rather how to pull yourself back and stay on track.
Yesterday on my Social Media platforms I talked about how to put “Intentional Anchors” in place to help you stay on track.
“Intentional Anchors” are little “Core Practices” that you create that’s authentically you. Meaning, you have activated the “Law of Adaptation” and you have made this your own practice–your way!
You will call on the power of your “Anchor” when your energy might be a little low. Beloved, you must have tools in place that can immediately pull you back to the “Center,” anchor you and help to stay on track.
An “Intentional Anchor” will allow you to quickly tap into divine alignment and flow.
