Blind spots are areas in your awareness where you cannot see or acknowledge certain behaviors, thoughts, or emotional patterns.
These are often subconscious or unconscious blocks that can prevent you from recognizing truths about yourself or situations.
There is a part of you that prefers not to see them, but they attempt to show themselves through your results.
Your blind spots can also be the underpinning anchoring your limiting beliefs preventing you from living the life you desire.
Blind spots develop because of:
- Ingrained habits
- Defense mechanisms
- emotional traumas
- Unexamined beliefs formed throughout life
Comfort zones, isolating, and insulating yourself support your blind spots keeping them out of your conscious awareness.
Blind spots serve as protective measures, but they can also hold you back from transformation.

- Lack of external feedback: Without reflection from others, it’s challenging to notice behaviors or thoughts that are hi-jacking your success!
