We are already in the second half of this year and I can feel in every fiber of my being that it is time to be refreshed! So often we are busy doing life and making sure that we are staying on top of everything, so much so that we might not realize the over-worked, over-whelm state we are in.
Every now and then a serious break is necessary. The Bible tells us in Acts 3:19 that refreshing comes from the presence of the Lord. There are times when it is right and in order to stop everything for a moment and get in the presence of the Lord. I am talking about putting away plans, goals, work and strategies and spend time being still so that you can come out refreshed, renewed and revived.
