Happy New Year Again!!!

Can you believe that January is practically gone? I hope you made traction this month and you are in “forward” motion. Don’t worry about keeping up with the “Joneses”, but instead make sure you on staying on your pathway to success!

Often times when we are in a new year, there is a mad dash to start a new regimen, go on that diet, start the new project, etc. Studies have shown that by the third week of January many people have already lost focus and are no longer on course.

I want you to make a real commitment to yourself this year that you are going to keep moving forward no matter what. I didn’t actually start on my real, authentic goals until January 25th.

I’ve adapted a better way to transform my life and hit my desired goals and that is to remember it’s all about pace, not race. I don’t have anyone to compete with nor keep up with.

When you set goals and take action, you want to be as authentic as possible. You don’t want to do anything to keep up with others or prove something to someone.

You can free yourself and boost your energy for results when you really accept the fact that:

You don’t have anything to prove
You have nothing to loose
You don’t have anything to hide
You don’t have anything to defend

When you realize you still have your entire life in front of you and YOU get to write the next chapter YOU desire to see manifest.
