“Rapture Ready” was a term used in the 70s and 80s in the Pentecostal Christian Community.”Rapture Ready” was understood to mean that when the Lord Jesus Christ returned to the earth, those who were living a holy, godly life would be raptured, or taken out of the world–A “disappearance” of the saints. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17)
We don’t hear of that particular term being used so much today. Today, we use the term Divine Alignment. Rather there is such a thing as a literal, physical rapture or not isn’t my debate for today. However, living your life in such a way that you are a divine reflection of God is my emphasis here.
Living in such a way that you are expressing the attributes of God, and helping humanity to become more like God is praise-worthy. If you want to know your purpose, it’s just that… helping humanity to transcend the ills effects of living in misalignment. It all starts with you!
Beloved, no matter what the afterlife holds, or whether or not there is a “Rapture” or not, you can never go wrong living your life in Divine Alignment with all the is good, pure, loving, and giving your best to the world every day.
Make a fresh commitment today that you will live your life in Divine Alignment and honor all the gifts and callings that you are here to express. It’s time for you to allow the greatest version of your God-self to arise and bless your tribe.
