We are living in an age where commitment seems to be avoided at any cost. A vast majority of people no longer see the covenant of marriage as valid or necessary. And if they do enter into marriage, it is not honored as a long term commitment.
After the great flood of Genesis, God purposed in His heart that He would never again allow the earth to be destroyed by a flood of water.
In Genesis chapter 8 and 9 is the record of what is referred to as the Noahic Covenant which is the first covenant in the Bible. I am so grateful that our God is a God that keeps covenant to a 1000 Generations. Listen to the commitment of God’s heart.
“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22 KJV
This beloved, is the key to your abundance! As long as the earth remains seedtime and harvest shall never cease. You have an opportunity to sow your way out of your current financial dilemma. “Uncle Leroy” as I affectionately call Dr. Leroy Thompson wrote a book entitled “You’re not broke you have a seed”.
God declared as long as the earth remains… well, the earth is still here! The two things to look at is that God’s word stands forever and that He promises us seed and harvest.
“Now He that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.” (2 Corinthians 9:10 KJV)
So then, God promises to:
- Provide the seed for you to sow
- Provide for you as you sow the seed
- Multiply your seed sown
- Increase the fruits of your righteousness
Your abundance is here!!! Start today by making a shift in your mindset from lack to abundance. There is abundance all around you. Start noticing abundance and not lack. What you think about you bring about. Start knowing deep within that there is more than enough!
Maybe you have been a faithful tither and a cheerful giver but seems to still live in a continual state of scarcity and lack. You may even feel as though somehow God has forgotten you. Know this, God promises will never fail.
Make the commitment today that you are going to get the manifestation of harvest now! This is your season. Make the mindset shift–it could be the culprit that’s keeping you from your harvest.
