I know 2020 has presented many challenges that we didn’t expect. To say the least, as a result of the Global Pandemic, followed by the outcry for Racial Justice, your life probably has been turned on its head as well.
So many things may not have worked out the way you thought but I want to encourage you to continue to allow yourself to show up fully awake every day.

Many of you are still in a grieving process or in a recovery process. You can get through it if you make a choice to KEEP IT MOVING! Not rushing, racing, or panicking from FOMO (Fear of missing out), but rather pacing yourself so that you are moving forward authentically with ease and grace.
This is an unusual time but it is also a unique time. So many of you can feel that this is your time to rise up and bless your tribe with your amazing gifts. Whatever you are here to do, show up in full authority, and work it! It’s not over yet. Just keep it moving… One little step at a time.
