If there is one thing many of us have asked ourselves over and over again it is probably this – “When is it going to be my time?” If you are like me, you have heard this as well – “timing is everything!” For many Spiritual Leaders we are very aware that timing plays a major role in anything we do. The things that seems to be most confusing is knowing when it’s the right time. Understanding divine timing has several key components to it. But, with a little help, you can discern when you have approached your defining moment.
Let me first explain what a defining moment is and how it differs from other moments of time. Not all time is created equal. At least not from a spiritual prospective. Once time moves from kairos (Spiritual Divine Time) to chronos (Natural Practical Measured Time) it may look the same, but it is not the same. There are several words in Hebrew and Greek language that defines time, the Hebrew word Et the Greek word Kairos, and also the Greek word Prothesmios. This word prothesmios denotes:
A defining moment is a crucial point in time. It is a time when you are at a crossroad. It’s a decisive moment, a moment of truth. It is an irreversible moment. A moment where you are at a point of no return! This pre-arranged, pre-determined, set, proper, and appointed time is what you have been preparing for your entire life! We often think that things just happen when something wonderful and spectacular happens that shifts a person’s entire life. Not so, a defining moment comes into full manifestation when opportunity and preparation meets. Your future is revealed one day at a time. So whatever you sow today you reap tomorrow. THE SECRET… The secret to discerning your defining moment is to be able to listen to your inner guidance. There are several things that makes this moment different because there are supernatural things happening that are attached to a defining moment such as:
